With effect of 16 September 2019 the following amendments will enter into force:
- The fund’s auditor changes from KPMG Luxembourg Société coopérative to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Société coopérative.
A draft of the amended sales prospectus can be obtained at VP Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) SA, VP Bank (Luxembourg) SA, as well as at the paying and information agents in Germany, HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG, in Austria, Erste Bank der Österreichischen Sparkassen AG, in Liechtenstein, VP Bank AG, or at the registered office of the Facilities Agents in Great Britain, Global Funds Registration Limited.
