Conditions of Participation

These Conditions of Participation set out the conditions applicable to participation in the raffles currently being organised by VP Bank Ltd.

Object of the conditions of participation and organiser

These conditions of participation govern the conditions for participation in the competition and any necessary transfers of rights. The organiser of the competition is VP Bank Ltd, Aeulestrasse 6, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein. By participating in the respective competition, these conditions of participation are accepted.

Participant eligibility

All natural persons with legal capacity who are over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. In addition, participation is only possible if the participant does not thereby violate any policies applicable to them (e.g. policies applicable to the acceptance of gifts for employees of the organiser’s clients).

No employees of VP Bank Ltd are eligible to participate in raffles operated via the website or on social media (e.g. Instagram and Facebook). The competitions are not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram or other social networks and are in no way sponsored, supported or organised by them.

Participation using a forged or third party’s identity is not permitted. Each person may only participate once per competition.

Participation

Eligible persons may participate in the raffles by completing the participation form on the raffle sites.

Participation is possible until the closing date indicated in the raffle's description.

Prizes

VP Bank Ltd. will draw the prize from all eligible participants:

  • 1x VP Vida Go asset management mandate worth CHF 10,000.
  • Natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in Liechtenstein or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Employees of the VP Bank Group are excluded from the competition.
  • The prize money of CHF 10,000 will be invested in a VP Vida Go asset management mandate. No payouts will be made during the first five years. The mandate is subject to the usual fees set out in the VP Bank prize brochures.
  • The closing date for entries is 30 September 2025.

VP Bank Opus Award 2025

VP Bank Ltd is giving away the following prize among all eligible participants:

  • 1x2 tickets for the VP Bank Opus Award on 13 November 2025 at the Hagenhaus in Nendeln.
  • The closing date for entries is 28 October 2025.

Winners will be drawn at random from among all eligible participants within one week following the closing date. Winners will be informed by e-mail or direct message and invited to contact the organiser within three working days. Any winner who fails to get in touch within this period will forfeit their prize.

The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. The organiser’s decision is final, and no cash payment can be made in lieu of the prize. Each participant has the opportunity to win both prizes. Prizes will be distributed by the organiser.

Exclusion and amendments

The organiser is entitled to exclude any participant retrospectively from participation in the event of any breach of these Conditions of Participation. This will apply in particular in the event of ineligibility to participate or participation using false information. The prizes may be retrospectively withdrawn in the event that the excluded participant has already been drawn as a winner. A substitute winner will not be drawn.

The organiser reserves the right at any time to end the raffles early or to alter the applicable procedures, either entirely or in part and including without notice, in the event that it is not possible to ensure the orderly conduct of the raffles due to technical (e.g. computer virus, software/hardware manipulation or errors) or legal reasons.

Disclaimer

The laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein apply.

The registered office of the organiser is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any legal disputes arising out of or in relation to these Conditions of Participation and the raffles.

Data protection information

Personal data need to be provided in order to participate in the raffles. By participating and confirming the terms and conditions, the participant expressly consents to VP Bank Ltd using the personal data provided for the purpose of processing and handling the competition and, in addition, for marketing and advertising purposes and for further processing by third parties. For example, AI tools can be used for analysis purposes when processing data via third parties.
