Digital services now include eBill payments

Creating positive customer experiences is the focus at VP Bank. With the introduction of eBill transaction in the VP Bank customer portal, the next step in the digisation and simplification of payment transactions has been taken. From now on, clients in Switzerland and Liechtenstein can receive their bills directly in their VP Bank portal, where they can check them and pay them securely in just a few clicks

Invoice issuers also benefit from the platform

VP Bank also enables invoice issuers to digitise their payment transaction processes with eBill. In order to realise this possibility, VP Bank has entered into a partnership with io-market AG, an eBill network partner.

More than 2.7 million users in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are already on the eBill platform.
