Stock market trading & payment transactions on bank holidays
VP Bank is closed on bank holidays in Liechtenstein and at its respective international sites. Furthermore, bank holidays in global financial centres affect trading hours and the processing of payment transactions.
Payment Transactions
No payment orders will be processed on the bank holidays – from 24 to 27 December 2026 and from 31 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. Orders received on these days will be processed on the following banking day with the corresponding value date.
Stock market trading
Please note that trading hours on the stock exchanges may also be affected during bank holidays. On the following days, there will be no trading or only limited trading on the major stock exchanges.

Trading at VP Bank is generally available until 10.00 pm, except on the days listed below. Outside these operating hours, including on bank holidays, order execution cannot be guaranteed.
