Bank entry programme for secondary school graduates (BEM)

During the 18-month programme, as a BEM trainee, you will gain a fascinating insight into a wide range of areas within our bank, allowing you to build up your own specialist know-how. You will receive practical on-the-job training and acquire in-depth knowledge of the banking industry by completing in-person CYP courses. At the end of the period of training, you will receive the “Bank Entry for Secondary School Graduates” certificate from the Swiss Bankers Association. After completing your BEM apprenticeship, you will have various options; you might choose to continuing studying, decide to join us full-time or opt for a mix of the two! We can help you find out which one is right for you.
