Joanna Vass appointed the new CEO of VP Bank (BVI) Ltd

The Board of Directors of VP Bank (BVI) Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Joanna Vass as the new CEO of VP Bank (BVI) Ltd, effective 1 July 2025. She succeeds Marcel Tschanz, who has been in the position since August 2023. He will take on a new challenge at VP Bank Group in September.

Joanna Vass joined VP Bank (BVI) Ltd over eight years ago as a client advisor. Since January 2024, she has served as Head of Client Business and a member of the local management team. In this role, she helped shape growth strategies and championed the further development of VP Bank (BVI) Ltd. With her extensive investment expertise, she has made a significant contribution to the growth of VP Bank's site in the British Virgin Islands in recent years.

Marcel Tschanz will continue to support the site as an active member of the Board of Directors of VP Bank (BVI) Ltd.

The appointment of Joanna Vass is subject to the approval of the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC).
