Dr Felix Brill is Chief Investment Officer at VP Bank Group. He was previously the CEO of the global consulting firm Wellershoff & Partners, which he founded together with his partners in 2009.

Felix Brill studied economics in St. Gallen and Stockholm and received his PhD from the University of Bern. Before joining Wellershoff & Partners, he worked at UBS in New York and Zurich and served as the lead economist for the Swiss economy at UBS Wealth Management Research, where he was responsible for business cycle analysis and macroeconomic forecasting.

Dr Urs Monstein has been CEO of VP Bank and a member of the Executive Board of VP Bank Group since 2024. As CEO, he drives digital innovation at VP Bank as a prerequisite for ensuring competitiveness in the financial sector. Before joining VP Bank, Urs Monstein worked at Bank Julius Bär & Co. AG, Bank Ehinger & Armand von Ernst, UBS, Union Bank of Switzerland and the University of St. Gallen.

Adrian Schneider has many years of management experience in the financial industry as well as comprehensive expertise in the investment business. As the head of the Liechtenstein region (incl. BVI), Adrian Schneider is be responsible for the regional market and sales activities of the intermediary and private client business in the Liechtenstein home market (incl. BVI). In his last positions, Adrian Schneider was CEO of BZ Bank AG in Wilen, CIO and member of the board of directors of Graubündner Kantonalbank in Chur, and before that Head of Investment Solutions and Vice Director at Kaiser Partner Privatbank AG in Vaduz. The 38-year-old Swiss citizen lives with his family in Vaduz. He holds a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Liechtenstein as well as qualifications as a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), FRM (Financial Risk Manager) and CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst). Adrian Schneider also completed the Advanced Management and Leadership Programme at Oxford University.

Dr Marcel Tschanz is Chief Executive Officer of VP Bank (BVI) Ltd since 2023. Marcel Tschanz is a financial services expert with over 20 years of international experience in retail, commercial and private banking as well as asset and wealth management. From 2011 to 2013, he was Chief Executive Officer of VP Bank (Switzerland) Ltd following his position as Partner Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd Switzerland, where he supported Swiss and international financial services providers in growth strategies as well as in digital and agile transformations along the entire value chain.

Roger Martin joint VP Bank in 2018 as Head of operations after gaining experience in various positions in other financial institutes in the British Virgin Islands. Martin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and graduated in the University of Phoenix.

Joanna Vass is seasoned banking professional with over 20 years' experience in trading (equity, bonds, FX, derivatives, structured products), investment advice, asset management for private and institutional investors, working out of London followed by the BVI. A further 10 years experience in accounting, audit, fund directorships and trusts (BVI).
