Disclosing management transactions keeps investors more fully informed and helps to ensure that market abuses are prevented or prosecuted.

The provisions governing disclosure of management transactions require that all members of the supervisory and executive boards of listed companies publicly disclose details of their transactions in shares and other financial instruments of their company to the SIX Swiss Exchange.

On the SIX Swiss Exchange website you will find notices giving details of trading transactions in VP Bank securities. In the "Issuer" search field, simply enter "VP Bank AG".
