Notice to shareholders of the Company and the sub-fund SUNARES - Natural Resources New Era Fund

Dear Investors,

The Board of Directors of the Company hereby informs you of an upcoming change to the Sub-Fund’s risk management approach, in accordance with Directive 2009/65/EC (UCITS) and applicable national regulatory requirements.

The Sub-Fund will transition from its current Value-at-Risk (VaR) methodology to the Commitment Approach for measuring and monitoring overall risk.

This change follows a comprehensive review of the Sub-Fund’s investment strategy and risk profile, which concluded that the Commitment Approach provides a more appropriate and transparent method in this context.

As the Sub-Fund does not invest in derivatives, its share value reflects the performance of the underlying portfolio on a linear basis. In such cases, the Commitment Approach offers a clearer and more straightforward representation of global risk.

This change does not affect the Sub-Fund’s investment objectives, investment policy, risk profile, fee structure, or the types of financial instruments used. It is intended solely to align with market standards and optimise internal risk management processes.

The adjustment relates only to the methodology used to measure risk and has no impact on your rights as an investor.

The change will take effect on 1 July 2026.

The costs associated with the above-mentioned changes will be borne by the Fund or the relevant sub-fund in accordance with clause 16(l) of the Fund’s prospectus.
