As a public limited company, VP Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) SA is a legally independent, wholly owned VP Bank subsidiary, operating since 1998 within the world's second-largest fund centre. As a management company for UCITS and AIFs ("Super ManCo" structure) we are supervised by the Luxembourg regulatory authority, the CSSF.
