The board of directors of the Company (the “Board of Directors”) hereby informs the Company’s shareholders of the following changes to the sales prospectus of the Company and its sub-funds, which will take effect on 1 August 2025:
The Company's sales prospectus has been amended to reflect legal, regulatory and tax changes. The amended prospectus, including its special sections dated August 2025 and the key information documents (PRIIPs KIDs) for the Company, are available free of charge in digital Form during normal business hours on every banking day at the registered office of the Company or the Management Company.
