Notice to the Shareholders of the Company QUEST MANAGEMENT, SICAV including the sub-funds

Dear Shareholders,

The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") hereby informs the shareholders of QUEST MANAGEMENT, SICAV of the following change, which will take effect on 1 January 2026 (midnight CET).

Selectum Vermogensbeheer NV (“Selectum”) will take over the role of Capricorn Partners NV (“Capricorn”) as investment manager and marketing agent of QUEST MANAGEMENT, SICAV – QUEST CLEANTECH FUND. 

Capricorn has stated they envisage a strategic reorientation towards more venture and growth capital. The Board therefor investigated the change of the investment manager, to ensure that the portfolio remains managed in a professional way and the manager’s specialization maintains a strong fit with the Sub-Fund’s focus on investments in European listed equities. 

Selectum was identified as an asset management company with extensive experience in managing SICAVs investing in listed equities and with strong research capabilities in listed European equities. 

Capricorn and Selectum have reached a common agreement to cooperate on the transfer of the role as investment manager and marketing agent from Capricorn to Selectum. This ensures optimal continuity and safeguards the interests of the investors in the Sub-Fund. 

Yves Vaneerdewegh, responsible for the portfolio management of the Sub-Fund since its inception in 2008 and director of the Company, will leave Capricorn at the time of the transfer and join the Selectum team. 

The investment strategy and cost structure of the Sub-Fund will remain unchanged.

The modified Prospectus including the special sections dated 1 January 2026 and the key information documents (PRIIP-KIDs) of the Company are available free of charge in digital format during normal business hours on any banking day at the registered office of the Company or the Management Company. 

Shareholders of the Company, who do not agree with the aforementioned changes have the option to redeem their shares free of charge from the date of this notification until 31 December 2025.
