VP Bank Ltd Singapore Branch names Vincent Koo as Chief Risk Officer

VP Bank Ltd Singapore Branch has appointed Vincent Koo as Chief Risk Officer, effective 24 August 2026. In this role, he will be responsible for the Branch's risk, control and operational functions, continuing its focus on sound governance and disciplined risk management to support sustainable growth.

Vincent brings more than three decades of experience in audit, compliance and risk management across leading financial institutions. His expertise spans compliance, legal, operational and business risk. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with senior management, regulators, external auditors and other key stakeholders.
