Notice to the Shareholders of the Fund Belfund SICAV
Pursuant to Art. 133 para. 3 CISO, investors are hereby informed of the change of representative and paying agent in Switzerland, which will take effect as of 1st March 2026.
Subject to the approval of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, the new management company of the fund “Belfund SICAV” intends to transfer the mandate of representative in Switzerland from FundPartner Solutions (Switzerland) S.A. to MRB Fund Partners AG.
Furthermore, subject to the approval of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, the mandate of the Paying Agent in Switzerland shall be transferred from Banque Pictet & Cie SA to Neue Privat Bank AG.
The latest version of the prospectus, KIDs and articles of incorporation as well as copies of the latest annual and semi-annual reports are available free of charge upon request at the registered office of the SICAV or from the SICAV local representative.
The background of the migration is that the initiator of the Fund wishes to consolidate and simplify the
management of its funds and to reduce the general administrative costs.
