Notice to the investors of the Fund Performa Fund including its sub-funds

The changes include, amongst other:

• the introduction of liquidity management tools (LMTs) (swing pricing and gating may be used for the Fund and its sub-funds in connection with redemptions, subscriptions and conversions) in accordance with Directive (EU) 2024/927 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 March 2024 amending Directives 2011/61/EU and 2009/65/EG with regard to delegation arrangements, liquidity risk management, supervisory reporting, the provision of depositary and custodian services and lending by alternative investment funds and the relevant implementing law of 3 March 2026 in Luxembourg, which amends the law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment; 
  • the disclosure of thresholds/tolerance limits for errors in the calculation of the net asset value (in accordance with CSSF Circular 24/856); 
  • further amendments like references to updated laws and the reorganisation of the Prospectus to have a special section highlighting the details of the Sub-Funds (without changing the investment policy or restrictions of such Sub-Fund).

The modified prospectus dated 16  April 2026 (the “Prospectus”) and the key information documents (the “PRIIP-KIDs”) of the Fund and its Sub-Funds are available free of charge during normal business hours on any banking day at the registered office of the Fund, VP Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) SA as the management company of the Fund and its Sub-Funds as well as at the depositary bank or can be inspected there.
