Notice to Unitholders of M INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS

The unitholders of M Investment Solutions (the "Fund"), managed by VP Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) SA (the "Management Company"), are hereby informed that, with effect from 12 November 2025, Mora Wealth Management España A.V., S.A.U., the investment manager of the Fund's sub-funds (the "Sub-Funds"), has merged into Tressis, Sociedad de Valores, S.A., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and registered with the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) duly authorised to provide services of management of investment portfolios ("Tressis"). 

As a consequence, Tressis has become the investment manager of the Sub-Funds, by operation of law as a result of the merger. This change does not affect the way the Sub-Funds are managed since the investment management team will remain the same, their investment objectives and policies or their risk profiles. It does also have no impact on the level of fees charged to the Fund.

A draft of the Fund's updated prospectus reflecting the above appointment may be obtained, free of charge, from the Management Company's registered office.
