The Elite Report is a quality assessment of banks and asset management specialists located in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. It has become established in the German-speaking region of Europe as an evaluation instrument for the financial services industry. The appraisal is based on a questionnaire concerning the company and on a "mystery shopping" element. The most important criteria in this assessment are customer orientation, quality of advice, product transparency and service.
With this "summa cum laude" award, three VP Bank Group companies rank among the leading European asset managers. The Group’s Vaduz, Munich and Zurich affiliates were awarded the highest marks for their services from the Elite Report’s examiners. VP Bank is therefore one of the few banks with the highest ratings to offer its high-quality services in the various German-speaking countries.
