A supervisory board comprised of three members controls the business activities of VP Bank. In 1976 it is dissolved and to this day the Bank's accounts have been audited by Kontroll-und Revisions AG, Basel/Bern (a subsidiary of Allgemeinen Treuhand AG), and Ernst & Young AG.
